3. Know all kinds of detection sensors. General automation equipments rely on detection signals to issue corresponding action instructions or prompt whether the current action is completed or not. 4. When the detection signal problem is confirmed, check the actuator or control device later.

To find out the problem of the automatic assembly line, the following two methods are generally adopted when the automatic assembly line is repaired.

Synchronous repair method: In production, if a fault is found, try not to repair it, and adopt a maintenance method. Make the production line continue to produce until the holidays, concentrate maintenance workers, operators, and repair all problems at the same time. The equipment is in full production during the week.

Partial repair method: If there is a big problem in the automatic production line, the repair time will be longer. Can not use synchronous repair method. At this time, use the holidays to concentrate maintenance workers and operators to repair certain parts. Wait until the next holiday, repair the other part. Ensure that the automatic production line does not stop production during working hours. In addition, try to use pre-repair methods in management. Install a timer in the equipment, record the working time of the equipment, apply the law of wear and tear to predict the wear of the wearing parts, and replace the wearing parts in advance to eliminate the fault in advance.
