2. To be familiar with the action flow of the automation equipment and the conditions step by step. Then go to the next step to find the cause.

    

3. Know all kinds of detection sensors. General automation equipments rely on detection signals to issue corresponding action instructions or prompt whether the current action is completed or not. 4. When the detection signal problem is confirmed, check the actuator or control device later.

Partial repair method: If there is a big problem in the automatic production line, the repair time will be longer. Can not use synchronous repair method. At this time, use the holidays to concentrate maintenance workers and operators to repair certain parts. Wait until the next holiday, repair the other part. Ensure that the automatic production line does not stop production during working hours. In addition, try to use pre-repair methods in management. Install a timer in the equipment, record the working time of the equipment, apply the law of wear and tear to predict the wear of the wearing parts, and replace the wearing parts in advance to eliminate the fault in advance. Ensure that the production line is at full capacity.
